• Handloom Foundation is not a commercial entity hence we don’t have any dedicated team for customer support. Any kind of query from your side may take few days to get replied.
• Presently we can take payment in INR and ship the product within India. If you want to pay in foreign currency and want your product to be shipped outside India then contact us.
• Presently we can’t offer you cash on delivery as we don’t have the tie-up with any courier company like a commercial entity.
